What to expect Our training methods are proven to assist fat loss, improve strength, elevate energy levels, whilst reducing stress and anxiety. We love to celebrate progress; therefore, we need to make your training quantifiable. To do this, we’ll take body composition measurements, along with carrying out a movement, strength and fitness analysis during your first session, to identify your start point and build your plan. We’ll revisit this data at regular intervals to track improvements in your composition, mobility, strength and fitness.

Training Blocks + Frequency We offer personal training in blocks of 10 or 20 sessions with a weekly training frequency of your choice. During our initial consultation we’ll advise the appropriate training frequency to align with the result you want and your current lifestyle.
