FAQ’s
Everything you need to know before you start your journey with us.

I'm completely new to exercise, is personal training right for me? Indeed! Personal training is the ideal way to begin your fitness journey. We’ll teach you how to train safely and effectively for your body and starting point.
I have an injury; can this be accommodated? Yes, during our initial consultation we will review your injury. We then build a safe training plan to support this, whilst still maintaining full focus on the result you want, and ensuring progress is always made.
How often should I train? We recommend training 2-3 times per week. This level of consistency in your training will drive results and be sustainable long-term. This training frequency can be achieved exclusively through personal training sessions or a combination of 1:2:1 sessions and bespoke workout routines you can access in your own time.
How will you track my progress? During your initial session we perform a fitness analysis to gain clear insight into your starting fitness levels. This gives us data to compare in 4-5 weeks’ time, to then celebrate the clear progression you will make with your strength, fitness and technical ability
Do I need a home gym or my own equipment to train? No all you need is some open floor space. Our trainers carry a variety of equipment to mirror the experience you'd receive in a gym or fitness studio.
How do I book my sessions? We’ll arrange a regular training slot for your block at the start of your journey with us. Booking in advance builds consistency and commitment to the process.
What is the cancellation policy? We ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice should you need to cancel your session. Failure to do so will result in the session credit being deducted.
